Today we headed out on a rainy drive to the Kauii Plantation railway at the Kilohana Plantation, and took a 40 minute train ride around the grounds. It sort of reminded me of "Living with the Land," because we got to see a bunch of different types of crops growing! Halfway through the ride, we got to stop to feed the pigs and goats. Geoffrey liked this part - he was pretty cranky today but this part he really enjoyed.
After the train ride, we ran a few errands and grabbed lunch before heading home... Geoffrey needed a nap today, for sure!
For dinner, we went to Merriman's which is in the same shopping area as Lappert's ice cream. While waiting for our food, Geoffrey played with some other kids. They gathered sticks to make an obstacle course / playground for the chickens. He didnt eat much and was still pretty obstinate tonight, but we survived!
